Dead Sea Salt
Dead Sea Salt
Dead Sea Salt (Coarse Bath Salt)
Our Dead Sea Salt is a natural salt harvested from the Dead Sea, supplied as large, coarse, off-white granules. It is naturally rich in minerals, including magnesium, calcium, potassium and bromide, which sets it apart from ordinary table salt.
Makers use it for bath salts, foot soaks and body scrubs. The coarse crystals work well as a gentle exfoliant when blended with oil, and they look attractive in gift jars and bath salt blends.

How to Make a Dead Sea Salt Body Scrub and Soak
- Gather. 2 cups Dead Sea salt, 3 teaspoons raw honey, 6 drops pink grapefruit and 6 drops mandarin essential oil.
- Mix. In a bowl, stir the essential oils and honey through the salt until evenly blended.
- Wet your skin. In a warm (not hot) bath or shower, wet your skin.
- Scrub. Take a handful of the mix and massage it gently over your body, avoiding the face and any broken skin. Rinse well.
- Soak. Soak for up to 20 minutes, then rinse and moisturise.
Tip: Store blends in an airtight jar and keep them dry. Moisture will make the salt clump.
