Shipping is calculated by the total volume and weight of your order. For free shipping use code: FREESHIPPING on orders over $100.

Unfortunately we currently only ship New Zealand wide.

Yes! We now offer free click & collect. Please simply press "pick up in store" at checkout. We will send you a email as soon as your order is ready to be collected.

Yes, you will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched, which will include your tracking number and a link to the tracking page, allowing you to monitor the status of your parcel.

Most orders placed before 12pm are processed and dispatched on the same day. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors such as distance, weather, public holidays, and other external circumstances. As a general guideline, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days. If you have any concerns regarding the whereabouts of your order please contact us and let us know.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy or no longer require a product you have purchased from us. Send it back to us within 7 days of delivery for a refund. See full return and refund information here

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe or you have reason to believe it is damaged or missing please email us immediately at info@purefx.co.nz

Please email us at info@purefx.co.nz straight away with your order number and any relevant photos or information.

You’re welcome to cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been shipped. Just email us at info@purefx.co.nz with your order number and reason for the cancellation. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible.

This is a question we get a lot and the answer is no. We do not hold any food licenses. All products are sold strictly for cosmetic use only.

At PureFX, we offer both essential oils and fragrance oils—each with their own special purpose. Essential oils are 100% natural, plant-derived extracts known for their therapeutic benefits and are perfect for aromatherapy, massage, and natural skincare. In contrast, fragrance oils are specially blended (often with both natural and synthetic components) to create consistent, long-lasting scents ideal for candles, soaps, and home fragrance.
