Colour your candles and wax melts the easy way with PureFX Candle Dye Chips. There is nothing to measure and no drops to count: melt your wax, add the chips, stir until they dissolve completely, then add fragrance and pour. Choose from 17 colours, each in a pack of 10 or 20 chips, and blend them to create your own custom shades.

How many chips? As a starting point, use about 2 chips per 450 g of soy wax for a deep shade, or about 1 chip per 450 g of paraffin. Natural waxes such as soy take colour less intensely than paraffin, so soy needs about double. For coconut blends, beeswax and other waxes, start at about 4 chips per 450 g and test a small batch. Use fewer chips for lighter shades.

Good to know: dye chips are for candles and wax melts only. They are not recommended for gel wax and should not be used in soap, bath or skin-care products. Add fragrance oil only after the dye has completely dissolved. Results vary with the wax, so always test a small batch first, and check each product page for full dosage, mixing and safety guidance.
