PureFX is operated by a New Zealand-registered business. Our focus is providing ingredients and supplies for creative ventures.

 

1. Ordering with PureFX

No Order Minimums: Buy as much or as little as you need—wholesale pricing.

Online Ordering Preferred: The best way to place an order is through our website. If you’re unable to please call us on 0800228767

Pricing: All product prices are in NZD and inclusive of GST.

Signature on Delivery: All parcels require a signature. If you want delivery without signing, let us know at checkout. We aren’t liable for losses where signature is waived.

Product Use: Items are intended solely for external and cosmetic use. They are not to be consumed or used for health/medical applications.

 

2. Product Availability & Information

We aim to depict products accurately, but variations in monitor settings may cause minor discrepancies in colour.

We may adjust product availability, specifications, or pricing without notice. We reserve the right to decline or limit orders at our discretion.

Sales and offers apply only where legally permitted.

 

3. Creating & Managing Your Account

When registering, make sure your information is accurate and current. It’s your responsibility to keep account credentials secure.

You are responsible for any activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

 

4. Payment Options

We accept Paypal, Afterpay, Windcave Payments, and Bank Deposits.

Orders are processed once payments clear. Transfers may take up to 3 business days.

Our banking details (for direct deposit) will be provided at checkout if this method is chosen.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.

We do not ship internationally.

Any order issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Redelivery fees apply for returns due to address errors.
