How to Make a Simple Ashwagandha Mask
- Mix. Stir 1 teaspoon of ashwagandha root powder with 1 tablespoon of a clay such as kaolin clay.
- Add liquid. Stir in water, a hydrosol or aloe vera gel until smooth. A few drops of carrier oil is optional.
- Patch test. Try a small amount on the inside of your arm first.
- Apply. Spread a thin layer over clean skin, avoiding the eyes and lips. Leave for 5-10 minutes.
- Rinse. Rinse with warm water, pat dry and moisturise.
