For Massage Therapists & Spas ▼
Skin FX is a nourishing skin cream, so we suggest it as an addition to your usual routine rather than a replacement for your massage medium. Many therapists and spas may find it a useful finishing step. These are ideas to consider, and you know your clients and your treatments best.
| Where it could fit | How it can be added | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| After a massage | A small amount worked over the hands, feet or other dry areas as a finishing step | Use a clean spatula, not fingers, to take it from the tub. |
| Hand and foot treatments | Smoothed over the hands or feet at the end of a hand or foot massage, manicure or pedicure | Wipe off any excess before the client puts on shoes. |
| Spa packages | A finishing touch in a treatment package or a pamper add-on | The 300 g and 500 g sizes suit regular treatment use. |
| Take-home care | Offer the 100 g size so clients can continue at home | Tell the client what is in it so they can check for allergies. |
Ask each client about allergies first (honey, coconut, shea, tree nuts and essential oils) and patch test where needed. Follow your own professional guidelines and insurance requirements. We make no therapeutic claims for this product.
Tips & Troubleshooting ▼

|---|---|---|
| Skin feels sticky | Too much cream | Use a smaller amount and work it in until it is absorbed. |
| Redness, itching or stinging | Possible sensitivity to an ingredient, often one of the essential oils or the honey | Stop using it. Patch test again before restarting, and seek medical advice if it continues. |
| Cream changes smell, colour or texture | Contamination or age | Stop using it. Use a clean spatula, keep the lid on, and use it within a few months of opening. |
| Cream feels thick in cold weather | Cool storage | Warm a small amount in clean hands before applying. |
