Applied before exercise, Hot Rub is traditionally used to help warm and loosen tight, overworked muscles, supporting flexibility as part of a warm-up routine.

Ingredients: Beeswax, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, plant-derived emulsifying compounds, oils of camphor, clove, wintergreen, eucalyptus, lemongrass, menthol, vitamin E.

How to Use ▼
- Massage into skin using smooth strokes before or after activity, as part of a warm-up or cool-down routine.
- Contains Wintergreen essential oil (methyl salicylate) — if you take blood-thinning (anticoagulant) medication, check with your doctor before use. Keep this product well out of reach of children: wintergreen oil is genuinely toxic if swallowed, even in small amounts.
- Contains Camphor, Eucalyptus and Menthol — as with familiar chest-rub-style products containing these ingredients, avoid use on children under 2 years of age, and keep away from the nose, mouth and eyes.
- Contains Clove and Lemongrass essential oils, both recognised skin sensitisers — patch test recommended before first use.
- Avoid contact with eyes and broken or irritated skin, and avoid use under tight wraps, bandages or heat pads.
- Wash hands thoroughly after use.
