We want you to love everything you receive from PureFX. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Double-Check Before You Buy

Before completing your order, please double-check your cart to ensure the items, sizes, and quantities are correct.

Change of Mind or Order Cancellation

You’re welcome to cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been shipped. Just email us at info@purefx.co.nz with your order number and reason for the cancellation. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery. Please email us first to discuss the return and include your order number.

Make sure to include a note with your name, order number, and reason for the return.

  • Partial Returns: We'll refund the value of the returned item(s), excluding original shipping costs.

  • Complete Returns: A full refund (excluding shipping) will be issued once all items are received and inspected.

  • If we’ve made a mistake or your item is faulty, we’ll refund the shipping too, and can provide a prepaid return label if needed.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Missing Items

If any item arrives damaged or is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@purefx.co.nz. We’ll work quickly to resolve it. Claims made after 7 days may not be accepted, as we need to lodge freight insurance claims promptly.

Delivery Refusals & Non-Collections

If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to us, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Unpaid Orders

Orders not paid for within 7 days will be cancelled unless we’ve heard from you.
